DND-ify is developed by Robin. This Privacy Policy describes how DND-ify collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Android mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

DND-ify does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to external servers. All user preferences and settings are stored locally on your device.

• No Account Required: The app does not require account creation. You can use DND-ify without providing any personal information.
• Local Storage Only: All settings and preferences are stored on your device using DataStore.
• Sensor Data: DND-ify uses your device's accelerometer and gyroscope to detect phone orientation. This data is processed locally and never transmitted.

Data Usage

All data is used solely to provide core app functionality such as Do Not Disturb management and orientation-based automation.

• Sensor data is processed locally on your device in real-time.
• We do not use data for analytics or tracking purposes.
• No personal data is ever sold to third parties.

Third-Party Services

DND-ify does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external data collection services. There are no trackers, no ads, and no data sharing.

The app may use Google Play services for app updates and licensing verification. This data is managed by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

User Rights

Users have full control over their data. Since all data is stored locally:

• Users can modify or delete their data at any time within the app settings
• Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data
• No data is retained after app uninstallation

Data Retention

Data is retained only on the user's device for as long as the user chooses to keep the app installed. Users may delete their data at any time using in-app controls or by uninstalling the app.

Permissions

DND-ify requires the following permissions:

• Access Notification Settings: Required to manage Do Not Disturb mode
• Run at Startup: Optional permission to start the service when your device boots
• Vibrate: Used to provide haptic feedback when flipping your phone
• Battery Optimization Exemption: Required to run reliably in the background

These permissions are essential for the app to function as intended and can be managed through device settings.

Children's Privacy

DND-ify does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents are responsible for their children's device usage.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on the Google Play Store listing. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.
